About Us
Cadillac's Downtown Development Authority
Building a Downtown that works for every business, resident and visitor with a focus on opportunity, efficiency, and inclusion.
.
Who We Are
The Downtown Cadillac DDA is guided by a volunteer Board of Trustees made up of community members with a connection to the downtown district. The DDA’s primary role is to support the continued improvement, redevelopment, and long-term vitality of Downtown Cadillac through planning, investment, and community partnerships.
What We Do
Board meetings are held monthly and are open to the public. The DDA works alongside the City of Cadillac to approve annual budgets, maintain financial transparency, and share updates on downtown goals. The DDA is also responsible for generating new projects and initiatives with the downtown community.

We acknowledge that the greater Cadillac area is the ancestral land of the Anishinaabek, including the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Bode’wadmi peoples. We honor their enduring connection to this land and waters.
